      Relocation of SOTON production facilities from Dnipro to Uzhhorod

      This month, SOTON plans to launch production in Uzhhorod. The production capacity of the company was transported from the Dnipro, to mitigate the high risk caused by the active warfare. So far, the production line for cellular polycarbonate has been transported and is ready to launch the first batch of products.

      Together with the enterprise, specialists, and families moved. The company is actively developing new markets and plans to expand its staff of employees by 40, involving them in Uzhhorod.

      The next stage will be the transportation of two additional production lines for cellular and monolithic polycarbonates’ production. This will involve additional office space and about 20 new jobs.

      The company is developing dynamically and expanding its markets in Europe. More than 80% of all the company’s sales are exports to the EU, USA, and other countries. For Ukraine, this is primarily an increase in export foreign exchange earnings and realization of export potential.

      SOTON is the largest producer of cellular and monolithic polycarbonate sheets in Ukraine. Polycarbonate sheets are a modern and technological product widely used in the construction industry. All products of the enterprise are certified in accordance with Ukrainian and European standards and are produced on modern equipment of leading manufacturers OMIPA Spa (Italy) and KUHNE GmbH (Germany).
