About us

IF SMART (Investment Fund SMART) is an investment fund that invests in industrial assets of Ukraine that correspond to general strategic goals and key business values.

Our history

Investment Fund Smart was established in early 2019. The main sphere of activity of the Fund is a revision of development strategies and business models of "distressed" assets. A team of professionals with the necessary competencies and experience, demonstrated its high efficiency, increasing the company’s investment portfolio from $12 million up to $21 million in just two years.

The results of IF Smart's business activities have a significant impact on both the investment community and Ukrainian society. The company actively contributes to the development and strengthening of the Ukrainian economy, thereby creating new employment opportunities for local residents.
